Pistachio Macarons with Ingredients 開心果味馬卡龍

開心果味是我至愛，我買了開心果，自己開殻，放進焗爐焗完再打碎後，加進做餅干的！減15g杏仁粉代替，我把開心果磨得很碎，食得到有一粒粒開心果的感覺，但味道很濃，很香😎

Ingredients:
Egg whites 55g
Granulated sugar 50g
Almond meal 45g
finely chopped pistachios 15g
Powered sugar 80g
Pinch cream of tartar
2 drops of green food colouring
